We are currently accepting new patients of every age, and we would be glad to have you. Whether you are due for a routine cleaning, have been putting off work you know you need, or are dealing with a tooth that hurts right now, your first visit starts the same way: with a conversation.
Your first appointment is a chance to get to know us as much as it is for us to get to know your smile. We will talk through what is bothering you and what you would like to change, collect your health history, take any diagnostic images we need, and perform a thorough clinical exam to establish a baseline.
From there we will tell you plainly what we found, what needs attention now, what can reasonably wait, and what it will cost. You will leave with a plan you understand and no pressure to decide on the spot.
Call us. Do not wait for an opening weeks out. We hold room in the schedule for urgent problems and will do everything we can to see you promptly — often the same day. Getting you comfortable is the first priority; the longer treatment conversation can follow once you are out of pain.
You can save time and expedite your first visit by downloading and completing the forms in our “New Patient Package” at home. Simply hand the forms to our receptionist at check-in. Also, remember to bring your insurance card and an ID with you to your first appointment.
We work with a wide range of dental plans and we file your claims for you, so you are not left chasing paperwork. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, cash, and personal checks. When a treatment plan is larger, Cherry payment plans let you spread the cost over time.
Our office works with the following plans:
Coverage and network status can differ from plan to plan even within the same carrier, so the surest way to know what you will owe is to call us with your plan details. Do not see your carrier listed? Call the office anyway — we may still be able to file for you.
If you are not sure what your plan covers, call the office and ask for our billing coordinator. It is a quick conversation and it saves surprises later.
Please bring a photo ID, your insurance card, and a list of any medications you are currently taking. If you have had dental x-rays taken elsewhere in the last year, having those sent over ahead of time can save you a step.
