Dr. Michelle Moure grew up in Colorado Springs and is a proud Colorado native, but Louisville is home now and she has genuinely enjoyed building her practice in this community. Her path into healthcare started with a simple interest in helping people, and it still shows in how she works — patient-centered, clear about the plan, and unhurried about answering questions.
Dr. Moure earned her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Studies from Colorado State University Pueblo, where she also competed as a collegiate soccer player — the continuation of a sport she played for more than 17 years.
She went on to earn her Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry. After dental school she completed a rigorous one-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at University of Cincinnati Hospital, where she gained advanced experience with comprehensive care and with patients whose medical histories make treatment more complex.
You will most likely find Dr. Moure running, skiing, or cheering on the Louisville Cardinals. She also loves to travel, read, and spend time with family and friends. Her husband works in dentistry as well — he is an orthodontist — and the two of them attend local study clubs and continuing education courses together.
